Why do I enjoy working out at pilatesworks?

I’m 43 years old and I am stronger and more flexible than I’ve ever been before. I have joined and quit more exercise clubs and programs than I can count. I had never been able to stick with a program or routine until I began doing pilates with Lori Geist. 4 years later, I am still doing pilates 2-3 times a week and I feel great!

I love the pilatesworks studio because of the motivating environment. It is a beautiful studio with well-trained instructors and top-notch equipment.

We are sisters and have been taking pilates with Peggy for the last five years; when Summers's (Terri's daughter and Deena's niece) schedule allows, she joins us for for the workout. We honestly can say that we can count on one hand the number of times that we have repeated an exercise - at least that's the way it seems to us.

Peggy plans each session, based upon your level of strengths and weaknesses, always changing and adding to the routines for a total body workout. pilatesworks is truly "all about you!"

Every class is a renewal of strength and well-being. Because of Peggy's nurturing and encouragement, pilatesworks has become a welcome part of our lifestyle. We absolutely love it!

I have always been into running and working out in a gym but have never been able to stick with a routine long term.  Pilates has been a great new way to work on my flexibility, strength and toning.  I never get bored with my workouts because Kate  is always changing things “up” and individualizing my workout plan.

All of the instructors are very friendly and pilatesworks is a comfortable place to get a good workout in a relaxed atmosphere.   FINALLY…I’ve found a workout that I don’t stare at the clock, wishing it were over!  Pilates has been a great thing for me.
