Molly Kroeker P.T., Certified Practioner of Polestar Pilates

Kate Bingham is a fun loving, energetic 24 year-old college graduate dedicated to exercise as a way of life.  “Exercise ranks right up there with clothes, shelter and air,” states Kate.  Her passion for physical health has brought her life to where it is today.

Kate graduated in 2003 from Pius High School and went on to play collegiate soccer at Saint Xavier University in South Chicago for four years.  Her B.S. degree in Biology and minor in Spanish naturally led her to pilates -- go figure! What really led Kate to pilates was, during her summers off from soccer, she began taking classes from her instructor, Lori,  at pilatesworks and fell in love with everything pilates had to offer.

In April 2009, Kate completed her course work in Polestar Pilates at Professional Rehab Services in Overland Park, KS; upon successful completion of an extensive exam in October 2009, Kate will be a Certified Practitioner of Polestar Pilates.

Kate and her mother, Kathy, who also enjoys pilates, are opening, in early October 2009, their first Scooters Coffeehouse franchise at 18th and L Streets in Lincoln and are very excited about their future as entrepreneurs!  A relaxing, fabulous barista-made coffee drink is the perfect ending to your pilates workout!
